Questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. The app, the agent server and the source are free under AGPL-3.0, including for commercial work. Premium is the paid hosted workspace with everything above built and running: see plans.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The live demo opens a private copy of a real 65-sheet bid set with 10 assistant messages a day. Your copy is deleted after 24 hours.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your plan bills monthly, $99 or $299 plus tax, and you can start the trial with $0 due if you cancel before day 7. You cancel yourself, anytime, with no annual contract.
Do my plans get uploaded?
Not in the free app: it runs in your browser. Premium keeps your plans in your own private hosted workspace, seen only by the people you invite. A connected AI agent's provider sees what the agent asks for.
What trades does it cover?
Any trade. It measures area, length, count and volume on any plan, with your own assemblies and pricing. Our proprietary vision models cover flooring and drywall today, with more trades on the way.
How do I know an agent's takeoff is right?
Any MCP agent can run it, but its work stays in review until you accept it. Every shape shows how it was measured, and the marked set shows exactly what was counted.
